Thank you for applying for Cleaning for MS, our free house cleaning program for people with multiple sclerosis. Any woman, man, or child in the Dallas Fort Worth area who has multiple sclerosis is eligible for our services.  You may fill out the application for yourself or on behalf of someone you know who has MS and needs this service.
